Southern Sites Services provides commercial services across the southern United States. The company was founded in 2018 by Sean Kilpatrick and Al Hayward, who combined have over five decades of industry expertise. Southern Sites Services offers fencing, landscaping, hardscaping, and sitework. Our portfolio ranges includes design and construction of green spaces for public and private parks, installation of playground equipment, and the development of outdoor structures for recreational facilities. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional results on every project, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.
Al Hayward
Al Hayward, a Monroe, Louisiana native, has built a successful career in construction and landscaping. He earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), In 2003, Al founded his own landscape management company. This venture allowed him to refine his skills in business management and client relations, creating the foundation for over 20 years of experience in the industry. Al is happily married to Aimee Hayward, and they are proud parents of three children. Fatherhood has strengthened his dedication to create sustainable and safe environments. Southern Sites Services was formed in 2018 when Al partnered with Sean Kilpatrick. Together, they created a company that has quickly become a premier provider of commercial fencing, landscaping, and related services across the southern United States.
Sean Kilpatrick
Sean Kilpatrick was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana. As a second-generation landscape construction professional, Sean has over three decades of experience in the industry. His profound passion for construction, coupled with an unwavering work ethic, has been the cornerstone of his successful career. Sean is a devoted husband to Ashley Kilpatrick and an actively involved father of three children. This strong family foundation has contributed to his resilience and determination in his personal and professional endeavors. In 2001, following the passing of his father, Sean established Kilpatrick Landscape. This allowed him to honor his father's legacy and create his own path in the industry. Sean's entrepreneurial spirit and industry knowledge led to the company's growth and success. In 2018, Sean partnered with Al Hayward to cofound Southern Site Services. They have created a presence in the commercial services sector.
